Donate Materials
The children at NOC Learning Centers benefit greatly from materials such as books, computers, games, backpacks, t-shirts, water bottles, and healthy snacks (ex: fruit, goldfish, granola bars).

Neighborhood Outreach Connection Endowment Fund
Individual donors can contribute at any time to the Neighborhood Outreach Connection Endowment Fund, established as a permanent fund in the Community Foundation of the Lowcountry (CFL) in 2016. This Endowment Fund is an option for donors to make long term donations to support and sustain NOC’s mission and outreach programs with lasting impact to combat poverty.
This Endowment Fund is controlled in perpetuity by the CFL’s "use of endowment fund" policy, which restricts spending to only 4.5% of the market value of the fund each year. That amount, if unused, remains in the Endowment Fund. CFL ensures that an endowment fund is invested for growth and designed to receive additional gifts over time.

Donate Through The Heritage Classic Foundation
The Champions Fore Charity giving program allows donations of $1,000-$5,000 per individual. Donate through the Champions Fore Charity, designating Neighborhood Outreach Connection as the recipient and your donation will be sent to NOC - along with a 15% match.
How To Donate:
- Go to www.heritageclassicfoundation.com , click on Our Charities, then Champions Fore Charity, and select Donate Now. Print and complete the form and mail with your gift to: Heritage Classic Foundation, PO Box 3244, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928 Make your check payable to: Heritage Classic Foundation, being sure to designate Neighborhood Outreach Connection on the MEMO line of your check.

- Call the Heritage Classic Foundation at 843-671-2448 to make your donation using a credit card. Again, be sure to designate Neighborhood Outreach Connection as the benefitting charity of your gift.
