NOC founder and chair, Narendra Sharma had fun spending time at NOC’s 6 Learning Centers as the children celebrated the end of the Fall 2017 session. The mood was festive and the atmosphere was lively and filled with much laughter. The children were cheerful and happy … there was no homework or tests to take, but plenty to eat and time to be playful.
