How does NOC impact young people’s lives? Jhen wrote the following brief letter after attending the after school program at the Simmons Cay NOC Learning Center in Bluffton.
I am writing about my experience at NOC. First I have to say NOC is a great after school activity. I am saying this because I was failing three of my classes last year. Then my Mom put me in NOC for the last 3 months of the school year. Then I had straight As. Now I am in 7th grade and I am in all the advanced classes thanks to NOC. —Jhen, 7th Grader
