With heartfelt gratitude, Neighborhood Outreach Connection thanks the Wexford Foundation for its Major Impact Grant.

NOC has been creating pathways for individuals, children, and families to lift themselves out of poverty through its impactful programs. Over the past year, NOC has transformed its flagship Learning Center—The New Oaks on Hilton Head Island—into a true center of excellence.

Each space within the center has been redesigned and upgraded with modern technology and new furniture to create high-quality learning environments. The New Oaks is now a vibrant hub intentionally designed for both child and adult learning, as well as a space for community engagement and development.

The Wexford Foundation’s meaningful partnership will live on in the dedication of our PK/Kindergarten room, where our youngest learners will have the delight of learning in a vibrant, engaging space. The children also have access to a take-home library, helping them connect books and literacy to their families and friends which extends the impact of learning beyond the classroom.

We are making positive changes in the lives of our neighbors in need—and we deeply appreciate the Wexford Foundation along with other major donors and friends of NOC for being such caring neighbors.
